Subject: Religion, Ritual, Society, and Change from the Levantine Chalcolithic to Intermediate Bronze Age.

Abstract: My research concerns the the relationship between cult ritual and religion to the broader social world of the southern Levantine Chalcolithic and Early Bronze Age. In particular, I focus on religion and ritual as major social forces which shaped worldviews, were responsible for the movement of people and things, and which affected broader culture change.
