Abstract: Identifying translation-traditions and social connections between different institutions using a quantitative linguistic analysis of interlinear texts in Southeast Asia

Bio: Omri Ganchrow is a master's student in the Linguistics department at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She takes part in the Mandel scholarship master’s program and the ERC-funded “Textual Microcosms” project. She holds a bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Archaeology, with an emphasis program in Digital Humanities. In her thesis she deals with interlinear oral translation traditions between Sanskrit and Indonesian in Bali.
